The Great Clips App allowed me to arrive and have no more than a 5 minute wait. The hair cutters greeted me and made me feel like a valued customer. The haircut was done with previous instructions and my hair was cut the way I like it.

Went up to great clips after checking in online for my first cut there. I had stopped in the day before and spoke with the manager to find out how the process works to get a clean up of my new “chemo” hair. She was so sweet I came back today. The staff amazing, caring, friendly, welcoming, supportive and answering questions about my hair adventure as it is growing back in. I had stem cell transplant so this was a double whammy for my hair, chemo and new DNA, and these ladies were able to help me through to working on growing it back to get me eventually to my prior stylist.
